Complete Girlz's mission is to empower and strengthen young women in our community by giving them the tools needed to overcome adversity through educational and enrichment programs which promote leadership, confidence and self-worth.

Earlene Taylor’s vision is that all young women, if given the right tools can become extremely successful at an early age.  She provides hands on training for young women so they can see the necessity for them to become leaders in the community and successful entrepreneurs.  Our goal is to create a supportive community where young women feel seen, heard, and equipped to pursue their dreams and reach their fullest potential.
